We pay for our meals, services, products, and consultations – just like you do. Whether it’s a ten-euro takeaway or a new home construction costing hundreds of thousands, the money comes out of our own pocket.

As the owners of several businesses across hospitality, retail,
consulting, and the holistic world – and as the author of three
published books and numerous articles – I bring to these reviews not
only the perspective of a customer but also the experience of someone
who understands the inner workings of service, quality, and
professionalism.

excellence looks like – and what it feels like when it’s missing.
